Our BBQ meats are slow-cooked over a hardwood fire, producing top-quality Southern-style barbecue. They are rubbed ahead of time with a special blend of spices, mixed to enhance the flavor of the meat without overpowering it. This spice rub, once cooked in this environment for long periods of time, produces a succulent crust that is unique to this method of cooking. This slow-smoking method of cooking results in meat that is flavorful, juicy, and very tender.

At Smokin’ Man BBQ, not only do we professionally handle every detail of catering your special event, but now through our special affiliation with CFS Party Rentals in Raleigh, NC, we can also provide just about everything else for your special events. From tables, chairs, china, stemware, flatware to tents, heaters, umbrellas to shaped, sized and color linens to spectacular white peak tents complete with professional lighting, cocktail tables and dance floor. The possibilities are truly endless and there’s no extra up-charge either. It’s a win-win for you and your event. Let Smokin’ Man make your event as stress-free and memorable as possible. Tastings & Samplings
No tastings without a booked contract? Hogwash! Smokin’ Man BBQ can arrange tastings and sampling of offered menu items for our potential customers from our catering kitchen to your home or office. We charge a SMALL fee for the food and labor required (a minimum of $35 per person). Payment is required prior to the tasting, but have no fear as your payment will be credited to you upon booking and holding your catered event with Smokin’ Man BBQ. (A signed catering agreement and deposit to guarantee your special event’s date is needed.)
