About The Smokin’ Man & Smokin’ Man BBQ

Smokin’ Man BBQ was formed over a passion of cooking good food. The art of cooking food low and slow is rewarding as well as relaxing. It allows one to slow down and take time out from our busy lives and concentrate on one thing and forget about the rest. The end result is fantastic food with peace of mind. How could anything be wrong with that? I enjoyed it so much, that I wanted to be the best that I could in the art of barbecuing. I’ve traveled all over the United States in search for the best bbq joints, and when I found one it was on. I met a lot of friends along the way and some of them became mentors to me. I applied my new found knowledge and the food was even better then before.

I have always enjoyed serving friends and family my food and soon people were asking me to cook “that awesome BBQ food” for them. It then led to people telling other people about my food and soon I started getting request’s from other people or businesses to cater for them. Before I knew it I assembled a team feeding groups of eight hundred or more. That is how our catering business began. It is still all about great food, good times and a passion for sharing our skills.
