The cost for catering an event is determined by you. The following 5 components will contribute to the cost of your catering event: 1. Food, 2. Beverages, 3. Decorations, 4. Equipment and 5. Staffing..

Gourmet BBQ Entrees

Hardwood Smoked Prime Rib – We start by applying our house dry rub, then slow smoke it with oak until cooked to a perfect med-rare to medium. Served with a garlic and thyme aujus with horseradish sauce served on the side.

Sterling Silver ® Grilled Sirloin Tri-Tip Steak – Marinated in our special blend of spices and served in its own juices– our most popular beef choice.

Sterling Silver ® Grilled Top Sirloin Steak – Seasoned with cracked pepper and grilled to perfection.

Sterling Silver ® New York Strip – Seasoned with cracked pepper and grilled to perfection.

Sterling Silver ® Filet Mignon – 12 oz. Filet Mignon rolled in our house Ancho and Coffee Rub grilled to perfection and topped with Smokin’ Man’s Wild Mushroom Sauce

Sterling Silver ® Rib-eye – Seasoned with cracked pepper and grilled to perfection.

Sterling Silver ® Rib-eye – with Chipotle-Honey Glaze and Garlic Chips with Roasted Pepper Relish. The glaze adds a great sweet and smokey flavor, and the Roasted Pepper Relish completes your steak with beautiful eye appeal and flavor.

Sterling Silver ® Porterhouse – Seasoned with cracked pepper and grilled to perfection.

Sterling Silver ® Smoked Rack of Pork Loin – Bone in pork loin brine and smoked or grilled to a nice medium doneness. Can be served as a roast, chops or double-cut chop.

Grilled Mushroom Chicken – Boneless and skinless breast topped with whole sautéed mushrooms in a light cream sauce.

Grilled Herb Chicken – Boneless breast grilled with fresh herbs then topped with diced Roma tomatoes and basil.

Grilled Cajun Chicken – Boneless breast with or fiery blend of Cajun seasonings, topped with roasted peppers.

Grilled Duck Breast – Marinated in Soy, Ginger & Finished with a Raspberry and Apricot Glaze.

Grilled Rack of Lamb – Marinated with garlic, wine and fresh herbs, grilled to rare. Then encrusted with Dijon mustard and Panko and put in the oven for that perfect medium rare finish.

Alaskan Halibut – The best of the halibut family, served grilled with butter and fresh lemon.

Plank-Grilled Salmon Filet – With your choice of either of the following sauces; Maple Teriyaki Salmon, Dark Balsamic, Soy and Honey Glazed or a traditional Dill Sauce.

Fresh Swordfish – Grilled to perfection and served with a wild mushroom demi-glace.

Grilled Jumbo Shrimp – Skewered and grilled with fresh lemon and cracked pepper, served with drawn butter.

Grilled Surf and Turf - A combination of Bacon Wrapped Filet and Lobster Tail with a Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce.

Salad Choices

House specialty Salad – Baby spinach leaves, red onion, sliced, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, honey-roasted sliced almonds, feta cheese or bleu cheese lightly tossed with balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing.

Caesar Salad – Fresh Romaine hearts tossed with our house-made Caesar dressing, crispy crostini and Parmesan cheese.

Wilted Spinach Salad – Baby spinach, red onion, bacon tossed in a hot vinegar and bacon dressing and garnished with hard boiled egg quarters.

Grilled Vegetable Salad – Chopped zucchini, yellow squash, Japanese eggplant, red peppers, corn, feta crumbles & romaine tossed with our balsamic dressing.

Blueberry Gorgonzola Salad – Delicious combination of mixed salad greens, blueberries, parsley, basil leaves, roasted almonds, fresh chives, Gorgonzola cheese, fresh tarragon leaves tossed lightly with a raspberry-walnut vinaigrette.

The price of the event depends on many things. The menu itself, the number of guests, the duration of the event, the staffing required and other special needs all combine to generate the “price per person” charged. After meeting with you and determining the answers to all of the above questions, a price will be quoted. We do not use “pre-planned” menus and prices. Our personalized service helps meet your needs and enables us to give you the best price possible. We will be glad to provide multiple quotes on different menus so that you have your choice of selections and prices.
