HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Congratulations! You are about to feast on some great BBQ from Smokin’ Man BBQ.
Beef Brisket / Tri-Tip / Pork
- Preheat oven to 240°
- Place meat in baking dish or foil pan, cover loosely
- If meat looks dry, use a spray bottle with water and spray the meat
- If you purchased bulk meat, stir up the meat. There’s stock on the bottom of the pan
- Enjoy!
Chicken / Ribs
- Preheat oven to 240°
- Place meat in baking dish or foil pan, cover loosely
- Spray meat with water to help rehydrate the meat. Do not over heat; remove when the meat appears warm and moist.
- If your going to sauce the meat on a grill remove a couple minutes early and sauce liberally, do not over cook.
- Remove from the grill and enjoy!
Heating Tips
- For food safety, keep your cold food below 41° and your hot food above 145°
- Avoid overheating as it tends to dry out the meat
- Always heat meat to 145°
- Try our sauce as a condiment, but avoid drowning the meat
