Smokin’ Man BBQ is a grill catering service specializing in “Southern Style” barbecue, which means we come to you. We serve right off the grill and are available for all types of private outdoor events. Below are samplings of menu items we offer. Prices are subject to change without prior notice so please check with us before placing your BBQ catering order.

Menu Selections: Each BBQ menu entree comes with your choice of two sides and a bread item. We also have add-on items that are available upon request at an additional cost.
BBQ Entrees (Choose your entrée)
Southern Style BBQ…Smokin’ Man offers our clients either whole hog or pork butts that are rubbed with our special blend of spices and then slow smoked in a wood-burning smoker until they fall apart. The BBQ is then chopped and served as a plate, sandwich or “pig pickin”, and finished off with our house vinegar BBQ sauce.
St. Louis Style Pork Ribs…We start with hand picked pork ribs, trimmed and rubbed with our special blend of spices and slow smoked over hardwood for 4 to 5 hours. Then we finish them with your choice of vinegar or red sauce.
Whole Hog…You choose the size of the pig and we do the rest. This little piggy is dry rubbed and smoked low and slow until the meat is moist and tender and the skin is nice and crispy.

BBQ Beef Brisket…Our briskets are hand selected, then dry rubbed. We slow smoke them with hard wood for up to 12 hours until they are moist and tender.
BBQ Chicken…Chicken halves or quarters are mopped with our special oil and vinegar based sauce then grilled to perfection until they are mouthwatering, moist and full of flavor.
Sausage Peppers & Onions…Hot or sweet Italian sausage served on a steak roll with sweet peppers and onions.
Rib-Eye Steak…Our choice 12oz Rib-Eye steak is well marbled, tender and juicy. Seasoned with our special spice blend and seared over a red hot grill to perfection.
Steak Sandwich…Choice Rib Eye steak, seasoned, grilled and served on a steak roll.
Hot Dogs / Hamburgers…Your traditional picnic meats grilled or smoked. Served up on a roll.
Side Items (Choose your two sides)
Coleslaw…A little creamy with a touch of sweetness.
Red Potato Salad…Made the traditional way. You can’t have a barbecue without potato salad.
Pasta Salad…Spiral pasta, sliced olives, tomatoes, carrots, celery, peppers, green onion and fresh grated Parmesan tossed with our homemade Italian salad dressing.
Macaroni and Cheese…Smokin’ Man’s Specialty. Elbow macaroni, milk, butter, and a combination of cheeses and spices that are cooked to perfection.
BBQ Pit Beans…These beans are not just out of a can. Our beans are flavored with Smokin’ Man’s BBQ sauce and chopped BBQ pork so they pair well with smoked meats.
Boiled Potatoes…These aren’t just any potatoes, ours are hand cut then seasoned lightly in a spicy vinegar and tomato sauce and cooked until they are tender.
Green Beans…Sautéed with onion and seasoned with house spices. These are green beans you’re sure to enjoy.
Corn on the Cob…Seasonal sweet corn seasoned to perfection.

The price of the event depends on many things. The menu itself, the number of guests, the duration of the event, the staffing required and other special needs all combine to generate the “price per person” charged. After meeting with you and determining the answers to all of the above questions, a price will be quoted. We do not use “pre-planned” menus and prices. Our personalized service helps meet your needs and enables us to give you the best price possible. We will be glad to provide multiple quotes on different menus so that you have your choice of selections and prices.
