Smokin’ Man BBQ will customize your BBQ tailgating menu or you can choose from our set menus for our BBQ tailgating catering services. Prices are subject to change without prior notice so please check with us before placing your BBQ catering order.

BBQ Tailgating Meals

Smokin’ Man BBQ Field Goal Dinner
Mini sandwich buffet with your choice of BBQ, Beef Brisket or Pulled Chicken and choose from any two sides Slaw, Red Potato Salad, BBQ Pit Beans, Brownies or Cookies.

Smokin’ Man BBQ End Zone Dinner
Hardwood smoked Tri-Tip Steak marinated and sliced to perfection and grilled Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Glazed with your choice of Smokey, Spicy, or Chipotle BBQ Sauce. Served with Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes and Mixed Green Salad with Dinner Roll and Brownies or Cookies.

Smokin’ Man BBQ Winning “RBI” Feast
Hardwood smoked St. Louis Style Ribs and Smoked Beef Brisket. Served with mixed Green Salad, BBQ Pit Beans, Chile Corn Muffins and Brownies or Cookies.

Smokin’ Man BBQ Home Run Pig Pickin’ (On The Grill Or Off The Grill)
Traditional Pig Pickin’ on the grill or pre-chopped. Served with slaw and Smokin’ Man Green Beans, Chile Corn Muffins and Brownies or Cookies. Hush Puppies available upon request.

Customized BBQ catering menus are available upon request. Note: After you place your order someone from Smokin’ Man BBQ will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your BBQ catering order.

The price of the event depends on many things. The menu itself, the number of guests, the duration of the event, the staffing required and other special needs all combine to generate the “price per person” charged. After meeting with you and determining the answers to all of the above questions, a price will be quoted. We do not use “pre-planned” menus and prices. Our personalized service helps meet your needs and enables us to give you the best price possible. We will be glad to provide multiple quotes on different menus so that you have your choice of selections and prices.
